Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a potential Factory Manager to oversee the production of a Non-leather Footwear Factory. Who will play the strategic as well as the leadership role for controlling the factories’ employees as a leader and operating the overall factory in such a way that all operation can be driven in proper manner with reporting to the Higher Management as and when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery as per targets and specifications.
Prepare and manage production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and develop time & action plans.
Ensure product quality, compliance with legal and regulatory standards and maintain proper workplace conditions.
Manage manpower planning, duty allocation, labor utilization, and overall factory operations efficiently.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to align production with material availability and market demand.
Monitor raw material availability, stock management, and cost-effective storage.
Supervise manufacturing processes, improve operational systems, and minimize wastage and maintenance costs.
Maintain accurate production data, reports, and documentation for management review.
Support other departments in manufacturing-related matters, including procurement and operational planning.
Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials while maintaining productivity and profitability.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and local authorities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by higher management.
