Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile/Apparels

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

·        Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) in all sections of the factory.

·        Conduct Internal QMS Audits and Technical Audits regularly.

·        Prepare and maintain Quality Manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation, and keep them updated.

·        Ensure an effective Quality Control System throughout the production process including Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing.

·        Perform Root Cause Analysis and take necessary Corrective Actions (CAPA) in case of any defect or non-conformity.

·        Provide quality-related training to Quality Inspectors and relevant employees.

·        Follow and implement buyer technical audit requirements and compliance standards.

·        Implement and promote 5S, TQM, and Continuous Improvement activities in the factory.
