• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Developer, Shopping mall

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of plastic processing techniques.

• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Creo. etc,)

• Special knowledge in plastic tool room (Mold Section) will added advantage.

. Production Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning daily and weekly production schedules and ensure production as per capacity.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan also reduce downtime.

• Monitor machine utilization and manpower allocation.

• Coordinate shift activities and ensure smooth handovers.

2. Process Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor machine parameters (cycle time, temperature, pressure, output).

• Reduce rejection percentage and improve productivity with good quality.

• Support process trials for new molds/products.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

3. Quality Control Support

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.

• Work closely with QA/QC team to minimize defects.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.

• Maintain product consistency and process control.

4. Machine & Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Ensure proper mold handling and storage.

• Reduce machine downtime through proactive monitoring.

5. Material & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor raw material consumption (resin, regrind, masterbatch).

• Minimize wastage and optimize material usage.

• Coordinate with stores for timely availability of materials.

6. Team Supervision

• Supervise shift supervisors, machine operators, and helpers.

• Conduct on-the-job training for operators.

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.

• Ensure proper manpower planning for shifts.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and PPE usage.

• Conduct safety toolbox talks.

• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
