• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

• Strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills.

To ensure efficient operation, proper planning, smooth execution of the production process, and successful implementation of new projects and product development, we are looking for a qualified and experienced “Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Production (Switch/ Charger Fan)” to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Planning & Execution

• Supervising Production Floor Activities

• Quality Control Coordination

• Material & Component Coordination

• Enforce safety rules on handling electrical testing equipment, soldering, rivet machines.

• Workforce Management & Maintenance Follow-ups

• Report rejection percent, machine downtime, and labor utilization.

• Capacity Expansion & Optimization

• Handle production emergencies and equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate new product launches, trials, and improvement initiatives.

• Support cost reduction, budgeting, and production efficiency.
