• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Developer, Shopping mall

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 3–6 years of experience in plastic product development.

• Knowledge of plastic processing techniques.

• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo, etc.).

• Special knowledge in plastic tool room (mold section) will added advantage.

1. New Product Development (NPD):                         

• Developing new plastic products design as per customer specifications auto card solid work.

• Participate in product feasibility studies and technical reviews.

• Coordinate prototype development and sampling.

• Support mold trials and validation processes.

• Ensure timely completion of new product projects.

2. Design & Technical Support:

• Work with design team on product drawings and 3D models ensure design and drawing ne product with solid work auto card, etc.

• Should be best knowledge about auto card, solid work and another design.

• Review part design for manufacturability (DFM).

• Suggest design improvements for cost reduction and process efficiency.

• Prepare technical documentation and product specifications.

3. Material Selection & Testing:

• Recommend suitable plastic materials (PP, PE, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.).

• Conduct material trials and testing.

• Work with QA team for product validation and testing reports.

• Analyze test results and recommend improvements.

4. Process Development:

• Establish process parameters for new products.

• Support production during pilot runs.

• Troubleshoot initial production issues.

• Optimize cycle time and reduce defects.

5. Costing & Commercial Coordination

• Support in product costing and BOM preparation.

• Work with procurement for raw material sourcing.

• Assist sales team with technical clarifications.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain NPD records and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO / IATF / customer-specific standards).

• Prepare PPAP documentation (if automotive sector).

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify product improvement opportunities.

• Work on value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.

• Monitor product performance feedback from customers.

Technical Knowledge Required:

• Injection Molding / Extrusion / Blow Molding processes

• Plastic raw material properties

• Product mold design best knoledge.

• DFM (Design for Manufacturability)

• Root cause analysis

• PPAP documentation (preferred)
