• Strong understanding of sublimation printing process.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Danam Fiji Limited is looking for a skilled and creative Sublimation Print & Nesting Designer to develop high-quality sublimation artworks and accurate nesting files for garment production. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in print layout, color management, and marker planning to ensure maximum fabric utilization and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create sublimation print artworks based on design concepts and client requirements.

Prepare accurate nesting/marker layouts for production.

Ensure proper color matching and print quality for sublimation process.

Adjust artwork according to garment measurements and size grading.

Optimize fabric consumption through efficient nesting.

Work closely with the production and merchandising team.

Provide final print-ready files in required formats (AI, PDF, EPS, etc.)

Maintain consistency of artwork across different styles and sizes.
