• Minimum 4+ years of professional design experience in a creative agency or fast-paced corporate environment
• A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates expertise and creative thinking through compelling storyboards or mood boards, with mastery of layout, typography, and color theory
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)
• Comfortable integrating AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar) into workflow
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing and cross-functional teams

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, future-forward Senior Visualizer with a strong “Design-First” mindset to lead our visual storytelling initiatives. This role blends classic design principles with AI-powered workflows to produce premium, trend-driven and cohesive communication materials across digital platforms. You will manage projects from concept to final production while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Conception & Execution: Developing high-quality 2D/3D visual concepts for social media, web banners and digital ads.

• Brand Supervision: Acting as the custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

• Motion Graphics: Creating animated content for digital platforms, including social ads and video editing.

• AI Integration: Utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and creative output in the design workflow.

• Team Collaboration: Managing and collaborating a team visualizers and junior designers, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.

• Campaign Collaboration: Working with copywriters and marketing teams to turn creative briefs into compelling, story driven visuals.

• Trend Awareness: Monitoring industry trends, advertising, and consumer behavior in Bangladesh to create relevant content.
