The Role

We are seeking a creative, confident, and visually driven content designer to help us tell authentic stories, engage audiences, and enhance our digital presence for social impact and clean air advocacy.

This role focuses on visual storytelling about our products and purpose using static and dynamic content, maintaining brand consistency across platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas, information, and field activities into compelling visual content that drives engagement and helps us achieve our business goals 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is comfortable working in dynamic environments, and wants their creative work to contribute to meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation & Design:

• Design visually compelling static graphics for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns

• Create motion graphics (reels, short animations, transitions, explainer visuals)

• Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Campaign & Program Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and create visual content for different campaigns.

• Support awareness campaigns with timely, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.

Brand & Quality Control

• Ensure all visual outputs align with Smart Air Bangladesh’s tone, values, and visual standards to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets .

• Organize and maintain content assets, files, and design resources.

  Optional / Add-on Responsibilities (Preferred):

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms

• Add motion, text animation, sound, and basic color correction

• Assist in creating video-based campaigns and storytelling content

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A diploma or formal training in design, visual communication, or a related discipline is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1-2 years of Experience in content design, visual communication, or digital media is preferred.

• Hands-on experience working with social media platforms and digital campaigns is an advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design (static + motion)

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition

• Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content

• A strong portfolio showcasing static and motion work

• Good understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific visual requirements.

• Comfortable covering events and field activities for visual content creation.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand visuals.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content tasks.

Nice to Have

• Basic video shooting and editing skills using Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Knowledge to use AI tools

• expertise on Canva/ online design tools

• Experience with social media content and digital marketing

• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions

• Interest in social impact, environmental issues, or public health communication.

• Experience working with brands or agencies
