Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
Strong written communication skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to adapt tone and style across audiences and platforms
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express, and of course AI!
Comfort working with analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to assess content performance and guide decisions
A strategic mindset, someone who asks “why does this matter to our audience?” before asking “how should this look?”
Genuine interest in environmental health, social impact, or public health communication is a strong advantage

About the Role
Smart Air Bangladesh is seeking a purposeful and insightful Content Creator to join our Marketing team. As a Content Creator you will develop written, visual, and multimedia assets to engage audiences and build brand identity.
In this role, you will translate our mission of making clean air affordable into compelling, evidence-based content that informs, inspires, and drives audience engagement.
You think strategically about what to say and why, crafting stories that are coherent, considered, and grounded in the realities of air pollution in Bangladesh
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute an intentional content calendar across digital channels, including social media, email, and the SABD website, so that our messaging consistently reaches and resonates with target audiences.
● Produce well-researched, nuanced written and visual content (articles, social captions, infographics, short videos) that translates complex air quality data into clear, accessible narratives for the Bangladeshi public.
● Analyse content performance metrics to generate informed insights, refine the content strategy, and ensure each piece works toward measurable engagement and awareness goals.
● Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to surface stories, product updates, and field insights that can be shaped into authentic and compelling content.
● Maintain a coherent and consistent brand voice across all content touchpoints, upholding SABD’s identity as a trusted, evidence-driven social enterprise.
● Support campaign planning by contributing strategic ideas on content formats, themes, and channels that align with organisational goals.
