Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 45 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from homeowners to site managers.
  • Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools and GPS devices for accurate site documentation.
  • Physically fit and willingness to travel extensively throughout Dhaka via motorcycle or public transport.
  • Comfortable working in varied field conditions, including installing sensors to houses, roofs, or balconies, and outdoor sites in all weather in compliance with OHS protocols.
  • Practical hands-on ability to use basic hand tools for mounting equipment on various surfaces (walls, poles, rooftops).
  • Highly organized with a knack for inventory tracking and scheduling multiple site visits across Dhaka.
  • Fluency in Bengali is essential; can speak English for reporting and documentation purposes.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Sales Support Executive who can help us build stronger relationships with our customers after they’ve made a purchase. This isn’t a high-pressure sales job. Instead, it’s about connecting with people, helping them understand how to maintain their air purifiers, and being a trusted point of contact for their clean air journey.

This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience, who wants to keep growing and developing in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. You’ll learn on the job, gain experience with campaign planning and service coordination, and gradually take on more responsibility.

If you want to move toward a mid-level or senior role, this is the stepping stone.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Call existing customers to remind them about filter replacement and service options.

  • Explain why clean filters matter and how to get the most out of their air purifiers.

  • Handle questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Service & Support

  • Help schedule filter replacements, servicing, or air quality checkups.

  • Learn to support on-site customer visits, and later, carry out your own.

  • Update customer records and keep track of interactions in our database.

Outreach & Campaigns

  • Support the sales team with phone, WhatsApp, email, and Facebook outreach.

  • Collaborate on campaigns and later, design your own outreach initiatives.

  • Spot upselling opportunities for accessories or new purifiers.

Admin & Reporting

  • Help with drafting invoices, delivery notes (challans), and logging customer visits.

  • Keep organized, accurate records for sales and service follow-ups.
