Responsibilities & Context:
Creative Design & Production
• Take ownership of designing brand-aligned visuals across all mediums: social platforms, website contents (including videos), internal communications, POSM’s (brochures, x banners, posters, etc), info graphics, video thumbnails, etc.
• Produce statics, motion graphics and short-form video content where needed.
• Develop illustrations and other designs/videos using software.
• Develop layouts, etc. while adhering to the global brand guidelines.
Digital Content & Storytelling
• Collaborate and/or lead to Conceptualise visuals/videos based on requirements- idea content themes, formats, and narratives that match business/campaign goals and user personas.
• Create and write digital content copies (in English/Bangle) & video scripts, contents for other marketing materials tied to visuals and business objectives.
Content Optimisation & Collaboration
• Ensure each creative asset serves a purpose—awareness, education, or engagement.
• Review basic metrics like engagement rates, click-through, and format performance to continuously improve.
• Collaborate with the community management and complaints team to reflect Customer Centricity while aligning with core essence of Brand.
