• Creative mindset with knowledge of garment construction

Job Context: This Position will be responsible for designing and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics and market demands

• Develop new design concepts and seasonal collections

• Create a mood board, sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications

• Collaborate with merchandising, pattern, and sampling teams

• Monitor sample development, fittings, and approvals

• Ensure on-time submission to buyers

• Source and develop fabrics, trims, and new techniques

• Organize and maintain the fabric and trim library, ensuring all physical and digital swatches are up to date

• Prepare buyer presentations and manage showroom display

• Organize digital product presentations and development records
