We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Satkhira. Key Responsibilities:

• Create content graphics for digital platforms (web, social media, etc.) under the guidance of senior designers.

• Assist the senior design team in developing creative concepts and executing design tasks.

• Shadow senior designers to learn and improve design techniques and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure design consistency and quality.

• Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design projects.

• Adapt to and work with AI design tools alongside traditional graphic design software.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other AI design tools.

• Minimum education requirement: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

• Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines effectively.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

• Onsite position, 6 days a week (Friday off).

Salary:

• Up to 20,000 BDT per month, based on experience and qualifications.
