Are you a creative mind with both design, video & motion editing skills?

We’re looking for a Creative Video & Motion Editor to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging short-form content from reels and UGC videos to ad creatives that power our social media and marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time (Office Job)

Salary: Based on Skills & Portfolio (Negotiable)

Probation: 06 Months

Office Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (6 days a week)

Location: Aqua Tower, 5th Floor, 43 Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka 1212

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form & long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, UGC content, ad creatives).

• Edit and produce. Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to meet creative goals.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video media.

• Prepare final designs and videos for both digital and print formats.

• Use AI-powered tools to speed up editing and improve creativity.

• Stay updated with the latest design, editing, and motion graphics trends.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing (agency or freelance).

• Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• A portfolio showcasing both design and video work is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively.

• Knowledge of social media post design, reels, shorts, and branding essentials.

• Motion graphics experience is a strong plus.
