Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing & Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including digital designs and edited video materials, to support brand communication, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and digital platform requirements. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into professional promotional videos, reels, testimonials, and marketing content.
Develop short-form video content (30–90 seconds) optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Incorporate subtitles, transitions, B-roll, background music, sound effects, and motion graphics where necessary.
Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Manage post-production workflows, timelines, and final deliverables.
Stay informed on emerging video trends, editing techniques, and platform specifications.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Design marketing materials including social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, and thumbnails.
Develop brand-aligned visual assets for both online and offline campaigns.
Ensure consistency in typography, layout, color schemes, and overall brand identity.
Prepare and optimize creative assets for paid advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
Deliver high-quality design outputs within established deadlines.
