Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD-HRM will get preference.

Skills Required:

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Strong Knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving, counselling and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Prepare reports for management on HR activities and KPIS.

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.

  • Problem Solving and conflict management abilities.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies.

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

  • Support performance appraisal process and employee development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage the HR, Admin and Compliance work effectively.

  • Manage training, performance management, grievance handling and disciplinary action in line with company policy.

  • Maintain and update certifications and ensure document readiness at all times.

  • Ensure timely handling of all administrative functions, logistics, office facilities, equipment, including security, housekeeping.

  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Monitor vendor contracts, renewals, and administrative expenses.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and support management in administrative matters.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing need.

  • Knowledge of Labor Laws an HR best practices.

  • Draft HR Letter (Appointment, Increment, warning, relieving etc.)

  • Stay updated with change in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
