Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
∎ Facilitating all training programs according to the action plan.
∎ Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, online training).
∎ Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
∎ Designing and implementing training programs including supervising/preparing and developing training schedules, plans, budgets, materials, modules, and in consultation with relevant to training content.
∎ Liaising with resource persons, both internal and external to the organization and developing a pool of trainers and resource persons.
∎ Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists.
∎ Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of the competence of instruction, the content of training and training materials used.
∎ Overseeing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the performance of all training related staff and activities.
∎ Maintaining accurate and update records and archiving relating to training activities and materials.
∎ Preparing reports, including work progress reports, for department and management on training activities.
∎ Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
∎ Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
∎ Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
∎ Preparing organized, detailed and effective reports on progress and development of training and OD activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven skills in developing training and extension materials including visual aids, i.e. training manuals, training modules, leaflets/booklets, posters, etc. for different target groups.
∎ Ability to organize and facilitate workshops, seminars and rallies at different levels.
∎ Strong English in both written and oral.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of budgets and budgeting.
∎ Strong knowledge and ability to use MS Office- Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other useful computer programs like Photo-shop, Photo- editor, etc.
∎ Preference will be given to those with proven experience in planning and organizing training programs, preparing training materials and the ability to recognize training needs, documentation and related activities.
∎ Excellent knowledge and skills in applying organizational development tools, strategies and implementation in a suitable technical and social measures.
