Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, organize, and execute construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress meets project timelines.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal departments.

  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards, and project specifications.

  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at site.

  • Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources efficiently.

  • Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements prior to execution.

  • Conduct site inspections, layout checking, and measurement verification.

  • Identify technical issues at site and propose practical solutions.

  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

  • Assist in quantity take-off, billing, and certification of work done.

  • Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory control.

  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of site activities.

  • Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and statutory regulations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of construction methods and site productivity.
