Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Power

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Power

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in construction work.

• Practical experience in site supervision, contractor management, and project coordination is required.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project scheduling.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage.

• Expertise in project management , cost control and construction methodology

• Coordinate effectively between Clients, Design Consultants, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out as per the approved work schedule.

• Attend progress meetings and ensure project timelines are achieved according to target dates.

• Ensure appropriate manpower, materials, and resources are allocated as per contractual agreements.

• Oversee Quality Control (QC) systems and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure Quality Assurance (QA).

• Supervise Supply Chain Management to maintain smooth workflow and timely material availability.

• Manage and monitor Contractors to execute work within the stipulated timeframe.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against the approved project plan.

• Ensure that all materials used and works performed comply with approved specifications and standards.

• Responsible for taking measurement of the finished works for running bills and recording those in MBs(Measurement Books)
