Experience:
Year of experience 15 to 20 years of which 10-12 year in real estate industry in a leadership role.
BBA/MBA/Masters major in Marketing from very reputed public or private universities.
Brand Enhancement & Positioning:
Design company’s brand strategy & execution plan to enhance brand & product values
Establish the company’s brand image & make it sustainable in the real estate market in Bangladesh & abroad.
Initiate & make strategic partnership with different investors, sponsors & Govt stakeholders in Bangladesh & abroad to onboard new business & investment
Represent the brand at high-level business events, real estate expo, and global forums to build corporate alliances.
Collaborate with internal leadership team to align marketing efforts with corporate growth strategies and expansion goals.
Design strategies for all Marketing teams including Branding, Digital marketing, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Build on the brand`s premium legacy by introducing new narratives that highlight lifestyle, sustainability, innovation, and community.
Strategic Brand marketing for Investment Appeal:
Highlight Unique Value Proposition that integrated mega township with residential, commercial, retail, lifestyle, and hospitality components.
Real Estate as a Safe Investment Narrative that Emphasize ROI, asset appreciation, and long-term value in premium township investments.
Showcase Success Stories that Feature testimonials or case studies from past or current investors.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
Lead loyalty and referral programs to increase customer lifetime value.
Develop community-driven initiatives, events, and partnerships that add value to residents’ lives.
Leverage marketing analytics and digital insights to guide decision-making and campaign optimization.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing:
Drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media strategy, and email automation to generate qualified leads.
Campaign Management:
Ensure 360° marketing campaigns to support new projects, launches, and lifestyle features within the township.
Drive creative and performance marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor a multi-functional marketing team (creative, digital, PR, media).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Architecture, and Management for alignment.
Reporting & Budgeting
Manage external agencies, media houses, and technology partners to ensure efficient delivery and ROI.
Set clear KPIs and dashboards for brand visibility, campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI
