Capable to make BOQ or building up to eight storied.
Strong communication skill and confidence to undertake mega projects in future.

Responsibilities & Context:
Working with integrity, efficiency and minimum cost.
Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement for vendor selection.
Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
Ensuring the right materials and product as per designs and management’s choice.
Able to prepare/scrutiny vendor bills and report to the authority.
Able to work in three basic softwares: MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
Any other tasks assigned by the authority/landowner.
