Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement method statements, SOPs, and Project Quality Plans (PQP).
- Establish and maintain document control and quality management systems.
- Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and define acceptance criteria.
- Monitor construction quality through inspections (incoming, in-process & final).
- Conduct vendor audits and ensure material compliance with approved specifications.
- Review test certificates, sample approvals, and material performance standards.
- Audit high-risk works and issue preventive quality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
