  • Develop annual marketing plan aligned with business targets

  • Define target segments (Residential, Commercial, Corporate Office, Hospitality etc.)

  • Competitor analysis and market positioning

  • Budget planning & ROI forecasting

  • Maintain brand identity (logo, color, tone, visual style)

  • Portfolio development (before–after projects, 3D renders, walkthrough videos)

  • Website & company profile development

  • Client testimonial management

  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Paid ads campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Content marketing (design trends, project highlights, blog posts)

  • Lead sourcing from digital campaigns, portals & referrals

  • CRM data entry & pipeline monitoring

  • Lead assignment to sales/design team

  • Conversion tracking & follow-up analysis

  • Weekly marketing-to-sales performance report

  • Project site branding (Hoardings, banners, brochures)

  • Participation in property fairs & exhibitions

  • Corporate networking events and channel partner relationship management

  • Coordination with digital agencies, printing vendors & production partners

  • Photography & videography teams collaboration

  • Performance review of external partners and campaign performance analysis

  • Cost per Lead (CPL) & Cost per Acquisition (CPA) analysis

  • ROI measurement

  • Monthly marketing dashboard presentation to management

  • Align marketing campaigns with project launches

  • Provide marketing materials for sales presentation

  • Capture completed project visuals for promotion

  • Client feedback collection for branding
