Experience:

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, AUST, MIST will be given preference

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Age 30 to 35 years preferred

• 4-12 years’ experience in fair face/as cast concrete/ site civil work/BOQ/Quality Control/Project Safety

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Experience Requirements

• 4-6/9-12 years’ experience required in relevant field
