Experience:
Experience in tender-related project coordination will be given preference.
Conduct installation and scheduling related tasks and follow up team to ensure execution of all projects.
Conduct site visit and inspect the sites before starting commissioning of each project
Schedule, monitor and report to the supervisor regarding service & maintenance of corporate & tender projects.
Assist to prepare and execute lift operations budget and plan for ongoing operational needs.
Work with lift maintenance team to ensure issues are resolved when they arise, and assist to take preventative maintenance tasks as and when required.
Provide customer service within due time to create positive image of the company to the clients.
Monitor and ensure all safety and quality issues and report on any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
Maintain and update all documents regularly to ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and install slow speed & high speed as per requirement and monitor performance of the machineries to ensure that they are working safely.
