Responsibilities & Context:
Project Management & Commissioning: Oversee installation testing and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and utility systems. Manage contractors and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
Maintenance & Operations: Develop and execute preventative/predictive maintenance schedules for pumps motors chillers and compressors.
Utility System Management: Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities including HVAC water treatment compressed air and steam systems.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize production downtime.
Safety & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations maintain accurate maintenance logs and document project progress.
Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory levels and order necessary spare parts and equipment.
