Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations activities.

  • Support the sales team with administrative assistance, product information, pricing, and communication updates.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, discount approvals, and credit terms.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and share analytical reports with management.

  • Track KPIs, sales productivity, order fulfillment rates, and credit recovery.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts in coordination with the respective departments.

  • Identify gaps in sales operations and implement process improvements.

  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and provide solutions to improve the process.

  • Monitor distributor performance, sales trends, and inventory health.

  • Ensure distributors adhere to company policies, credit limits, and operational standards.

  • Support new distributor onboarding, documentation, agreement preparation, and system setup.

  • Conduct regular distributor performance reviews and share insights with management for improvement actions.

  • Resolve distributor issues related to delivery, claims, product returns, and system discrepancies.

  • Visit markets and distributor points to find out trends and insights.
