  • Must exhibit DS personality (Driven, Decisive, and Dynamic) based on the DISC model. A leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with management, leadership, and employees at all levels.



Responsibilities & Context:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our Barishal Factory team in the electrical appliance industry. If you are a driven, decisive, and dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make an impact!

  • Oversee all HR operations at the Barishal Factory, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.

  • Manage labor relations, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote team building, morale, and retention.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce requirements are met. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR practices, including training, talent development, and succession planning.
