8-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on factory-level HR management (preferably in the manufacturing or electrical appliance industry
Proven track record in employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management
Must exhibit DS personality (Driven, Decisive, and Dynamic) based on the DISC model. A leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with management, leadership, and employees at all levels.
Responsibilities & Context:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our Barishal Factory team in the electrical appliance industry. If you are a driven, decisive, and dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make an impact!
Oversee all HR operations at the Barishal Factory, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.
Manage labor relations, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote team building, morale, and retention.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce requirements are met. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR practices, including training, talent development, and succession planning.
