Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, architects.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
Supervise and provide technical guidance to masons, tile fixers, plumbers, and painters to ensure precision in work.
Prepares the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.
Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standard
Maintaining daily site logs, preparing progress reports, and managing material, labor, and budget records.
Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
Any other job as per management`s requirement.
