Responsibilities & Context:
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for project execution.
Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team for smooth project implementation.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirement plans.
Source construction materials, obtain quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor material consumption and prepare measurement sheets, work progress reports, and material reconciliation statements.
Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.
