RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higherEngineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management majors are acceptableGraduates from leading universities such as BUET are preferred but not mandatoryExperience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experienceExperience related to engineering consultancy, construction, design, supervision, ODA projects, or professional services marketing is an advantageStrong English communication skills (mandatory)Proficient in MS OfficeHighly responsible, proactive, and capable of long-term commitmentAble to handle multi-tasking roles combining business development and administration
Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 Business Development (Design & Supervision Focus)
Identify and monitor opportunities related to engineering design and construction supervision (consultancy) projects
Support business development activities for ODA-funded and government infrastructure projects
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and international organizations
Assist in preparation of EOIs and proposals related to design and supervision services
Support the Branch Manager and technical teams in marketing and client relations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the engineering consultancy sector
