Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels.

• Conduct client meetings to understand interior design requirements and preferences.

• Present interior concepts, materials, layouts, and pricing proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up on prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.

• Address client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Ensure proper documentation, quotations, agreements, and payment follow-ups.

• Monitor project progress and update clients regularly.

• Keep up to date with interior design trends, materials, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Suggest innovative sales strategies to enhance business growth.
