Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
∎ Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
∎ Review reports on incidents and breaches
∎ Investigate and resolve issues
∎ Create reports for management on security status
∎ Operational tasks include deployment, monitoring & supervision of security personnel in his areas.
∎ Preparation of Post Instructions.
∎ Ensuring logistics and admin works.
∎ Monitoring and supervising subordinates.
∎ Ensure personal discipline/bearing of Supervisors and Security Guards.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the higher authority.
∎ Should remain ready to travel thought-out the country.
∎ Capable of report writing and preparation of details incident report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 10 years' security experience with proven track record in any corporate environment
∎ Proactive, dedicated, creative, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
∎ Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
∎ Very capable to drive Motor Bike having required documents.
∎ Must have excellent writing and speaking communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Pleasant personality with challenging attitude towards job.
∎ Must have adequate skills on computer operating system and MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), database e-mail and Web browsing.
