Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of training needs assessment (TNA) in coordination with department heads and management team.
∎ Source, customize, coordinate and arrange core/technical skill and soft skill trainings for employees from local/foreign training vendors.
∎ Monitoring, updating and compliance of compensation related policy.
∎ Prepare budget for human resources operations in consultation with Finance department.
∎ Assist Management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
∎ Plan and design performance management system (PMS) to ensure fair performance appraisals at all levels.
∎ Participate in strategy development regarding employer branding in the industry.
∎ Career Management - confirmation, promotion and contract renewal of employees.
∎ Incorporate necessary amendments in the policy, procedure and work process due changes in HR related legislation, global best practices and emergent strategy.
∎ Work closely with line managers/head of departments in setting KPI/performance goals for employees.
∎ Other HR/Admin activities, as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of Labor Act and related legal regulations.
∎ HR analytics and interpretation.
∎ Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
∎ Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
∎ Respects and maintains organization's confidentiality.
∎ Competent use of relevant IT tools.
