• Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Experience in automobile industry is preferred.

ACI Motors is looking for a team member for its distribution team who is competent in working in a warehouse environment. Major Responsibilities are -

• Manage warehouse operations in compliance with company's policies and vision.
• Experience of warehouse management software.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory.
• Supervised inventory management system at stores.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Stock controlling and keep management informed as and when required.
• Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks is properly received materiel inventory record and checked with each order/style of merchandisers.
• To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order. Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
• Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
• Produce daily/weekly stock reports and statistics regularly.
