Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory or Store or Warehouse, Inventory/ Store Management, logistic management, or Warehouse management experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the warehouse operations.
∎ Process development for warehouse.
∎ Work as business process owner of warehouse for Bangladesh.
∎ Train team on fulfillment SLAs and different KPIs.
∎ Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on warehouse operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
∎ Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory stock out.
∎ Train new employees.
∎ Assign and manage shift to team leader.
∎ Prepare daily basis report.
∎ Capacity planning.
∎ On ground trouble shooting.
∎ Any system related tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in e-commerce industry will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Must have working knowledge on warehouse management related software.
∎ Excellent organizational and planning skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interested to take challenges and learn new things.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Advance Knowledge on MS Excel and Reporting.
