Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise CCTV operators to ensure SOP adherence, quality monitoring, and incident reporting.

• Ensure functionality of CCTV systems and coordinate with IT/vendors for maintenance.

• Monitor and review the CCTV system, intrusion alarms, and other central monitoring systems to ensure workplace safety and security.

• Quickly identify suspicious activities, potential security breaches, or unsafe conditions and take immediate action.

• Maintain close oversight of all locations (Hub, Sort, Warehouses, and Offices) through the Central Monitoring System (CMS).

• Develop staff rosters and provide operator training for effective operations.

• Generate risk and incident reports, and recommend insights on improving resilience and strategies.

• Record and report any security or safety incidents in real-time to higher management and relevant departments.

• Regularly check and ensure the proper functioning of all CMS equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and monitoring software.
