• Age 32 to 45 years

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IPE/Project Management/SCM/Relevant) from a reputed university/institute.

• An MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with a professional PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI, USA, will be given preference.

• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in global companies, MNCs, or local conglomerates.

• Candidates with experience in the E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution Management industries will be prioritised.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

• Working knowledge of Power BI, basic coding, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Result-oriented, self-motivated, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead the project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

• Establish project management KPIs and monitor performance to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

• Regularly communicate updates to the respective line managers, ensuring that they are well-informed about the status of projects and any potential issues or challenges.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

• Successfully created and managed PMOs (Project Management Offices) for diverse long-tail projects.
