Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Structural Fitters to join our team for a large industrial construction project. The selected candidates will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and aligning structural steel components according to engineering drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and assemble structural steel components such as beams, columns, plates, frames, and supports.

• Read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings to perform accurate fit-up works.

• Align and position structural parts prior to welding and final assembly.

• Measure, mark, and prepare materials using hand tools and measuring instruments.

• Assist in the installation of structural steel components at the project site.

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and positioning of structures.

• Work closely with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Report any technical issues or material defects to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in industrial or construction projects.

• Ability to read and understand structural drawings and fabrication details.

• Experience in fitting, alignment, and assembly of structural steel components.

• Familiarity with fitting tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
