Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Piping Foreman to lead and supervise piping installation and fabrication activities at a large industrial project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily work tasks, guiding the piping team, and ensuring that all activities are carried out according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of pipe fitters, fabricators, and helpers during piping installation and assembly works.

• Interpret piping drawings, isometric diagrams, and layout plans to guide the workforce effectively.

• Plan and assign daily tasks to workers to ensure smooth progress of piping activities.

• Ensure proper alignment, routing, and fit-up of pipes, fittings, and supports before welding.

• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction teams to maintain workflow.

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site.

• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety rules and procedures.

• Report daily progress, manpower utilization, and site issues to the supervisor.

• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues during installation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in piping installation or fabrication works, including experience in a foreman role.

• Strong knowledge of piping systems, installation procedures, and construction practices.

• Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometric diagrams.

• Good leadership and team coordination skills.

• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and site procedures.

• Technical training or certification in mechanical or piping works is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing piping crews on large industrial construction sites.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
