Experience:

• Master’s degree in information technology.

• Certification as an MSP® (UK) Practitioner or PgMP will be an added advantage.

• At least 25 years

• Minimum 25 years of multinational experience across telecom, financial, and public sectors in Bangladesh and overseas markets.       

• Project Management Experience.

• Proven experience in leading greenfield rollouts and managing large-scale GSM, ISP, and technology ventures at the group level.

• Strong ability to translate group strategy into executable roadmaps, optimize Capex/Opex, and deliver multi-business portfolios through effective leadership, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

• Manage business operations to achieve set business goals, strategic objectives and road map defined by the Top Management.

• Translating group strategy into executable roadmaps, optimizing Capex/Opex, and delivering complex multi-business portfolios through robust governance, leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Generate and present periodic operational and financial reports to senior leadership for review and strategic planning.

• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.

• Implement promotional strategies, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and customer engagement.

• Drive initiatives to achieve top-line revenue growth and optimize bottom-line profitability through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cost management.
