Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coating Applicator to join our team for a large-scale industrial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying protective coatings to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and high-quality finishing in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for coating through cleaning, sandblasting, grinding, or other approved methods.

• Apply protective coatings, paints, and finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes as required.

• Ensure coating thickness and quality meet project specifications and inspection standards.

• Operate and maintain coating and spraying equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe handling of coating materials.

• Conduct visual inspections and assist with quality checks to ensure proper coating application.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to meet project schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coating Applicator, Painter, or similar industrial role.

• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating application methods.

• Experience using spray painting and coating equipment.

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and coating specifications.

• Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments and at heights if required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in industrial coating application.

• Experience working on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of coating inspection standards and quality control procedures.
