• Proven experience in administration, security, recovery, or a related field.

• Expertise in surveillance systems, fire and environmental safety, and fraud investigations.

• Proficiency in intermediate-level Excel and data analysis.

• Strong capability in AutoCAD design is mandatory.

• Well-versed in modern technologies and innovations relevant to the role.

• Conduct risk assessments across multiple sites and lead fraud investigation initiatives.

• Implement preventive strategies to minimise theft, incidents, and operational losses across sites.

• Lead investigation processes for thefts, incidents, and accidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Identify, introduce, and implement innovative technologies to reduce losses and prevent theft.

• Manage end-to-end surveillance operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, response coordination, and overall CCTV system management.

• Oversee CCTV troubleshooting, relocation, installation of additional units, and execution of surveillance-related projects.

• Establish, regulate, and manage a dedicated CCTV monitoring cell to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Develop and oversee secure processes for sharing surveillance footage with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the primary internal and external liaison for surveillance-related procedures and support.

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive surveillance policies, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

• Coordinate with government and law enforcement bodies to address emerging requirements, ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and resolve incidents effectively.

• Oversee fire safety equipment maintenance, conduct evacuation drills, and lead training programs to enhance employee safety awareness.

• Establish and lead a safety committee, actively participate in Central Loss Approval Committee (CLAC) meetings, and plan and execute departmental projects as required.
