Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management, Switches/ Routers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Configure and maintain Mikrotik Router, Cisco Switch, Access Point and Wifi Router
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Testing new technology
∎ Possibly training more junior staff members
∎ Manage external vendors relationships and services
∎ Assist IT projects and ensure proper implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge of Computer hardware, software and network
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Installation
∎ Basic knowledge of Applications Software and System driver installation
∎ Basic Concept of user handling
∎ Graduate in CSE / IT from any reputed University
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
∎ Ability to multitask
