Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Supervisor to oversee pipeline installation, assembly, and related construction activities for a large-scale industrial infrastructure project. The successful candidate will supervise field operations, ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pipeline installation, fitting, and assembly works at the project site.

• Ensure all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate daily work plans with engineers, foremen, and field workers.

• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within the required timeframe.

• Inspect pipeline alignment, positioning, and installation before final welding and testing.

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and workplace regulations.

• Prepare daily work reports and update project management on progress and site activities.

• Coordinate with quality control teams for inspection and approval of completed work.

• Provide technical guidance and support to pipeline workers and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supervising pipeline installation or piping construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical documents.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supervising large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
