We are seeking a competent Executive/ Sr. Executive, Site Acquisition to support all site acquisition and
expansion functions, and to oversee and coordinate property matters in close collaboration with both the
international project team and local stakeholders. The role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating
potential sites, negotiating leases or purchase agreements, liaising with property owners and government
authorities, ensuring compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements, and maintaining proper documentation
throughout the acquisition process.

Job Purpose:
The Executive/ Sr. Executive, Site Acquisition is responsible for archiving and management of documents and
data files related to all activities of the Branch Building and Maintenance Department while providing
administrative support to the Location and Building Manager. This role is essential in maintaining accurate
records, ensuring easy retrieval of information, and supporting efficient departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and execute PAR (Project Approval Request) processes timely and accurately.
• Accurately fill and maintain documents for the Location Department.
• Prepare complete identity/ data of the owner of the location to be rented to be submitted to the notary, accurately and on time.
• Assist in prepare and complete of BPDL (Branch Project Documentation List) and monitor submission to Head Office.
• Attend calls related to location offers and occasionally meet walk-in visitors with location proposals (with permission from Branch Manager).
• Provide data and documentation promptly and accurately when required.
• Support administrative needs for various branch processes. Manage submission process for financial documents related to Building & Maintenance operations.
• Monitor and follow up on Building & Maintenance issues reported in Help desk Online until they are resolved.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company data and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
