Job Responsibilities & Context
Provide professional counselling to students regarding international education opportunities.
Assist students in admission procedures and visa application processes.
Guide applicants on university selection, documentation, and immigration requirements.
Maintain communication with universities, colleges, and immigration authorities when necessary.
Ensure accurate preparation and submission of admission and visa documents.
Support the organization in achieving student recruitment and counselling targets.
Maintain proper records and follow-up with prospective students.

বিদেশে পড়াশোনার সুযোগ সম্পর্কে শিক্ষার্থীদের পরিষ্কার ও পেশাদার পরামর্শ দেওয়া।শিক্ষার্থীদের ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া ও ভিসা আবেদনের কাজে সহায়তা করা।
আবেদনকারীদের জন্য উপযুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় নির্বাচন, প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র এবং ইমিগ্রেশন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়গুলো বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
প্রয়োজন হলে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, কলেজ এবং ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা।
ভর্তি ও ভিসার সব কাগজপত্র সঠিকভাবে প্রস্তুত করে জমা দেওয়ার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থী ভর্তি ও কাউন্সেলিং সংক্রান্ত লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণে সহায়তা করা।
