Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Structural Fabricators to join our team for a large-scale industrial project. The selected candidates will be responsible for fabricating structural components from steel and other metals according to technical drawings and specifications. Candidates must have experience in heavy structural fabrication and be capable of working with precision and efficiency in a professional industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate structural steel components such as beams, columns, frames, platforms, supports, and brackets according to approved drawings.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details accurately.

• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Operate fabrication machinery such as cutting machines, grinders, drilling machines, and other workshop equipment.

• Ensure all fabricated structures meet required quality standards and project specifications.

• Assist in fit-up works before welding and ensure proper alignment of fabricated parts.

• Maintain safety standards and follow workplace safety procedures at all times.

• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other fabrication team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Fabricator in industrial or construction projects.

• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and structural layouts.

• Experience in steel fabrication, cutting, fitting, and assembly works.

• Knowledge of fabrication tools, machines, and safety practices.

• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding industrial environment.

• Technical training or certification in fabrication/metal works will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in heavy structural fabrication.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
