Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Structural Supervisor to oversee structural fabrication and installation activities at a large-scale industrial project. The successful candidate will supervise workforce operations, ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise structural fabrication, assembly, and installation works at the project site.

• Ensure all structural activities are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate daily work activities with engineers, foremen, and fabrication teams.

• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment.

• Inspect structural works to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

• Verify alignment, leveling, and proper installation of structural components.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Report work progress, challenges, and daily activities to the project management team.

• Coordinate with quality control personnel for inspections and approvals.

• Provide guidance and technical support to structural workers and supervisors on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supervising structural works in large industrial or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, structural layouts, and technical documents.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supervising heavy structural installation works.

• Ability to manage multicultural teams in an international project environment.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
