Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Electric/ Mechanic/Service Engineering from any reputed Institution/ University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sure all machineries are running properly.
∎ To solve all Electrical & Electronics related problems as when required.
∎ To follow up machineries erection & installation.
∎ To keep all Electrical & Electronics items in good shape.
∎ Responsible for the end-to end process of the dept i.e. Installations, Commissioning, and Erection & Maintenance (Especially for spinning machineries).
∎ To keep all machineries in order.
∎ To keep all exhaust fans, Chimni etc. neat & clean.
∎ To perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning, Textile.
∎ Minimum 10 years in any large Spinning industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Should be able to take responsibilities to overlook all spinning machinery in factory.
∎ Understanding of the principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations, maintenance and engineering.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability.
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
∎ Able to stay in factory for 24 hours (On call after duty hours).
